Book in for a functional screen with our athletic therapist.  You will be assessed from head to toe on muscle imbalances that could be affecting your mechanics and putting you at risk of constant nagging injuries or limiting your performance.

From there, a training program will be custom created to give you that Podium Advantage.

Take your program and train at home, checking in monthly for updates and progressions or choose to train under the direction of an athletic therapist in a small group setting.  The advantage of training on site with the small group is you will get feedback on form and technique to ensure you are maximizing your efforts. Plus its more fun to train with others.
